Instructor - Mantrailing
Mark is
a twenty-two-year police
officer currently assigned as a Detective in the Criminal Investigations
Division for the last 9 years. Prior to his current assignment, Mark was
a Field Training Officer for eight years and is an entry team member on SWAT.. Mark is a firearms instructor, and a police academy instructor.
Mark also holds the Master Peace Officer Certification from the State of
Mark is a K-9 Handler/trainer for the City of Port Arthur, Texas
Police Department. Involved in many high profile cases in Texas and Louisiana, Mark has worked major cases assisting the FBI, U.S. Marshall’s Office, Texas Rangers, and other federal, state, county and local law enforcement agencies. Mark was the recipient of the 2002 Sophia Silva Award given for excellence in canine mantrailing, which led to the saving of a human life. A nationally recognized canine trailing instructor and member of the National Bloodhound Training Institute and the Texas Bloodhound Search and Rescue. Mark is the founder and president of Texas Bloodhound Search and Rescue as well as the United States Mantrailing Association. Mark has taught canine mantrailing courses throughout the United States and has authored several articles relating to canine mantrailing. Mark handles two Bloodhounds. "Boudreaux" and "Cooper". |

Instructor - Mantrailing Mickey has trained Bloodhounds since 1994. Founded the practice and authored the policy of bloodhound deployment for the Texas Dept of Criminal Justice - Institutional Division in 1995. Mickey is a Detective in the Criminal Investigations Division of the Port Arthur, Texas Police Department. Mickey handles "Dixie" and Ranger. Mickey has been involved in many high profile cases in Texas and Louisiana. Mickey is an Instructor for the National Bloodhound Training Institute and Texas Bloodhound Search and Rescue. Mickey with "Ranger" (at 4 months of age). |

Roland has been
employed with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for 12 years and is assigned to the Mark Stiles Prison in Beaumont,
Texas. Roland has been a field Lieutenant for three years and
currently runs two scent specific Bloodhounds named Ellie May and
Jethro "Big Boy" Bodine. Roland and partner "Big Boy"

Chad has been employed with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for ten years and is assigned to work at the Mark Stiles Correctional Unit in Jefferson County Texas in the scent discrimination canine unit. Chad is a firearms instructor and a member of the "TRT" Tactical Response Team and is a Bloodhound handler for the unit. Chad runs two Bloodhounds named Amos and Tracker.

Coy is an 20 year Law Enforcement veteran. Coy is the K-9 handler of female Bloodhounds Lizzie, 3yrs old, and Aggie 11 mo. Coy presently is assigned as a Sergeant for the Hardin County Sheriff's Dept. Coy is a crime scene photographer, a finger print specialist, and holds an instructors Certificate from TCLEOSE as well as an Intermediate Peace Officer Cert. Wade has worked for the Larry Gist State Prison in Jefferson County for 16 years and is a member of Texas Bloodhound Search and Rescue. Wade is currently assigned to work with the Mark Stiles State Prison Bloodhound Unit. Wade is the handler of two bloodhounds named "Crockett" and "Sergeant".
