• Upon receiving your placement, we immediately convert each account to our State of the Art computer system which then schedules a consistent, aggressive follow-up program.

• QWIK-CHEK is a system designed to prevent and recover returned checks at virtually no cost to participating merchants. Membership fee only $25.00 annually.

WHO PARTICIPATES

• Area merchants work together as a group with the cooperation of our office to stop habitual check writers and prevent losses.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

• On items recovered, QWIK-CHEK will return 100% of the face amount of the check. A service charge of $30.00 for processing is collected from the check writer. Items not recovered may be placed for collection with RMA on a percentage basis or filled with the proper court for prosecution if permitted.

• QWIK-CHEK complies information from processing checks that are returned directly from the bank via authorization and processes them immediately. Our state of the art computer system determines which items will appear in the verification database. This information is available to members via electronic verification for a nominal monthly charge. It is an easy quick reference used in check transactions. The QWIK-CHEK system frees the member of costly time and effort spent recovering returned checks.
