R.L. "Gabby" Eldridge founded the company in 1967, as a marine construction company to assist the need in repairing and new fabrication of private and oilfield construction alike. In this time he and his son has installed docks, bulkheads, marinas, and piping for many oil companies. Repairs and new construction for offshore rigs, inland barges, deck and cargo barges.

Over the years the company was able to pick up extra river front property, and in 1996 with oilfield experienced personnel, and equipment saw a need to develop this area for the oil industry. This is a family owned & operated company.

Dock Manager- with 31+ Years experience in all phases of the oil industry
Record Keeping- daily reports of expenditures for customers
Purchasing- 12 years experience in oil field material
Engineer experience in structural and piping on semis, jack-ups, and inland barges.
Equipment Operators- all operators are certified and have had no accidents.
Welding Supervisors and Foremen- many years of experience in all structural, piping, and leg repairs.
Welders- ABS certified in structural and piping.
Painters- qualified and proven professional painters, from boats to drilling rigs.
Laborers- for customers every need, short term or long term. From tank cleaning to BR hands, we can supply labor.
Receiving- qualified in recording, stocking, and shipping of material.
Labor Power- we pay top dollar for qualified labor to insure that we can acquire the personnel needed to handle different projects.
Offshore Repairs- our offshore crew can supply you with any repair needs that may arise, because of the many years of combined experience.
